Legalization of academic documents

 

To legalize original academic documents (transcripts, certificates of studies, etc.), they should be legalized, first, at the:

           - Lebanese passport

           - Lebanese I.D. or civil status acts (Ikhraj Kayd)

           - Proof of residence in Canada:  Citizenship card, Immigration visa / permanent resident card, work or study permit.

 

           Fees: (payable cash)

                      - 15.00 $ / document

 

           Processing time:  2 working days.

To legalize a document from Lebanon needed in Quebec, the document, in question, has to be already legalized by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Medical products :

 

The original following documents should be sent to the Consulate General, after their legalization by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Canada :

 

           - Commercial invoices

           - Certificate of origin

           - Certificate of Products analysis

 

           Fees: (payable cash or by postal money-order)

                      - 4 of the total amount of the invoice to a maximum fee of 1250.00 $.

                      - 10.00 $ for the certificate of origin

                      - 30.00 $ for each certificate of Products analysis

 

           Processing time:  2 working days.

Food products :

 

The original following documents should be sent to the Consulate General, after their legalization by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Canada :

 

           - Commercial invoices

           - Certificate of origin

           - Declaration of the manufacturer concerning the exportation of food products made in Canada

 

           Fees: (payable cash or by postal money-order) to a maximum fee of 1250.00 $.

                      - 4 of the total amount of the invoice

                      - 10.00 $ for the certificate of origin

                      - 30.00 $ for each manufacturer’s declaration

 

           Processing time:  2 working days.
